"I chose this property as it indicated the management was aware of accessibility issues. As an older woman with some mobility issues, accessibility is important. On the plus side, the property has a ramp as well as stairs at the front entrance. It provides a disabled spot in the car park. Access to the unit was level, it had a good bathroom, with large fluffy towels and the bed was comfortable. And there is an excellent coffee shop at ground level. "Reasonable value for money by today’s standards. Room was clean modern and spacious. I would suggest having another lamp for the room, and a full length mirror, and maybe more than just two towels. "

"We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which had a large outdoor patio area. All facilities you would expect. Very walkable to all South Bank attractions. Also lots of eateries right on the doorstep without tourist price tags. Complex is clean and tidy, but showing its age a bit. Staff were friendly and helpful. "
