"Did not get the city view that was advertised on the hotels.com site. Jack the receptionist said that they do not have an upgraded room with a city view at all, which is falls advertising. Found a fly with maggots on my bed, on my first night, so requested to be transferred to another room which was granted and the receptionist gave the key without a word. The room I was transferred to, was more spacious and the shower drainage did not smell unlike the initial room. Overall the rest of my stay was pretty good minus the initial hiccups. Motel is minutes from the 3 sisters, bus stop right in front of the motel and hand made choc shop just around the corner. "

"We stayed in the loft apartment since we were only 2 people. There are only stairs so you have to take your bag upstairs but it wasn't too bad. It had a great patio and a small kitchen with everything you need included. It had a frig, microwave, dishes, toaster, etc. Easy parking right outside the door. Great communication when checking in which gave us all the details we needed. Very nice large bathroom also. Walking trail was close by and we had good weather so we could use the trail to get to a park."

"Rooms (221 & 219) were large and clean. Bedding was comfortable and enjoyed a good couple of nights sleep. Coffee & Food was excellent although pricey (this is typical in any Accor facility to offset their Accor Club dining discounts). Staff were excellent (long suffering)from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping. Be prepared for pandemonium during the weekend with kids and tired or entitled parents. Huge range of activites (indoor/outdoor pools, taboggan, ice rink, gym, kids train etc) both at the hotel and nearby. Resort showing some signs of getting tired but overall still a good 4 star standard."
