Really enjoy those night here. Room is Clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. Next to the main street and bus stop. Not far to go to look out. And my room can slightly watch the sunrise and sunset. And can watch the stars clearly at car park

This property was real gem...gorgeous well appointed room on the ground floor, dining options more than sufficient with a super meal freshly prepared...loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. A huge factor in booking the room was it had a private bathroom. The hotel offers an old world charm with the decor whilst proving modern conveniences. It was an enjoyable one night stay.

A wonderful hotel.
I usually stay at the Carrington on my rare visits to Katoomba, however the Carrington was fully booked for the one night and day I had at Katoomba. The Palais Royale is a beautifully restored hotel with equally welcoming hosts and a nice pleasant walk from the station. The continental brekky was good enough to start any day. Now I'm retired, I will be back for a longer stay very soon.
