"We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again "

"My husband daughter two small dogs stayed here for week 7-14 sept. It is a lovely place, unfortunately the weather was not great but did not spoil it too much. We managed to get out every day. The pool area and hot tub is in need of refurb and. We were hoping to use the pool but we were told a part was being awaited so we're unable to use as it was very cold. "

"The cottage is located very near to the center of the village, which has everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen is well appointed but we did have problems with the overly sensitive smoke detector. Communication with Lisa was excellent. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The place is best suited for people who plan to spend most of their time outdoors walking and exploring, since it doesn’t have an outdoor patio or yard. Chagford is a very special place with lots to do...
