"Beautiful room and location. Lovely spa experience. Enjoyed the different flavoured water options on the beach. I didn’t enjoy the food I thought it was very average and not fresh. The staff were nice. I would say this hotel is 3-4 stars definitely not 5 star experience."

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. "Property in perfect conditions, excellent facilities and super friendly and efficient staff. I was there during a typhoon level 3 alert. The airport was closed and a lot of clients got struck. The front desk, concierge and guest relations were simply amazing! The management did huge efforts to minimize clients’ discomfort. Amazing! "

"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! "The property was gorgeous! The check-in was very slow over half an hour, had to go to three different areas and had to wait over 10 minutes to get our room key because no one was at the third desk. "
