"We had a wonderful 10 night stay at the hotel with the Junor Suites Elite Club service. The promises made in the preliminary description of the hotel and services were fully fulfilled. Very kind and professional staff, excellent restaurant service, great, comfortable and clean rooms. The pools, garden and beach are well maintained. "Very beautiful and stylish hotel, every detail well thought, clean rooms and all hotel areas well maintained. Lovely snorkelling near by, and best breakfast on the island indeed! Unfortunately we have experienced some building noises right next to the pool (they were building another restaurant during open hours?) which really disturbed our time near the pool, as well as the halls were painted at the same time limiting access to the rooms. "Excellent service at buffet and restaurant. Very bad service at reception . Air conditioning didn’t work and it took 3 days to get a new room. Very hard to get a reservation , since there are only 2 restaurants. "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "We were very impressed with the hospitality and kindness from all of the staff, all the food options were great at all restaurants, with something for everyone, including the buffet, the all inclusive package included well made cocktails and non alcoholic options, lots of activities available. "Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....
