Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend."

The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email. Customer service would not recognize any problem with this, just saying the host has until check-in time to provide access. "Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. Cleaning crew needs to do a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty and you had to be careful where you put your clothes so they didnt pick up the dust. Unfortunately, the heater...

"There were 6 of us, all adult family members. The house was much as expected with a couple minor issues. The host responded quickly when I called him, although he was slow to respond to messages on the VRBO app. Overall it was a good place to stay."
