This was a mix of perfect, perfectly close to the party location, perfectly close to Collierville/Germantown/Memphis, perfectly setup. Everyone enjoyed their stay and ranted about how they can’t wait to come back for the next family gathering. If you’re looking to stay close to Memphis but out of the city this is a great spot, you won’t regret your stay out here. "

"This home was the perfect place for our time in Oakland. It's close to shopping & other things the small town has to offer. Ronnie was a responsive host & even had the house decorated for Christmas since our stay was over the holiday. We had 5 adults & 2 kids in our group and the home was great for us to all be together or do our own thing for a while. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to Oakland. "
