"Was lucky enough to find this property on little notice. We were attending a family funeral near Lakeland, and this location was perfect. Enough room for everyone to spread out, and kitchen was perfect for cooking meals that we didn't have at the extended family's house. Nice, clean, and in a nice neighborhood. Close enough to the highway so that we could get to downtown Memphis and the airport in under an hour. Definitely recommend."

The only "instant" thing about this booking was the timeframe in which they charged my credit card for the entire amount. I was never able to contact the host through either the Vrbo phone number or email.
