"Great hotel, best service, gym and pool area very clean. I think they should add some entertainment for children like ping pong tables in the pool area. Closer to main orchard road. Food and massage at the area is wonderful. Highly recommended "

"Right by shopping center at the start of Orchard. Must take elevator twice to get to your room was quite annoying. Very small rooms. Breakfast was just plain okay. "

"The location was ideal for first time visitors. Shopping, transportation and places to eat was perfect. The staff at the concierge and restaurant staff was hospitable and made us feel welcomed. The housekeeping service could be more detailed. We found a cup on the ground by the nightstand that was there before we got there, and there were pieces of chips or noodles at the foot of the bed that needed to be vacuum up. Housekeeping could have vacuumed at least once during our stay. "

"The room was for a disabled person which was fine, only problem was that the window faced straight in to another room, therefore the curtains had to be kept shut. Not much fun for them either. Otherwise excellent daily housekeeping"

"Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."
