"I know the rooms are a slightly dated but the rooms are clean, mattress, pillows and showers are very good and that is most important to me. The only issue I had was several of the tv channels kept going out. Other than that I was very satisfied."

Surprised to have Club level room yet no bath robes. Whilst we were there (3 days) the reception team were constantly overwhelmed: they put on a brave face but it was tough for them and not a great customer experience. "

"It is very basic, but it does the job. Its clean, it has a pool and a gym, its close to multiple shopping and food areas. staff were all helpful and accommodating. The only issue in our room, was it was a bit noisy at night. Some sort of AC unit or other machinery can be heard from outside the window. A couple earbuds fixed that issue."

"Fantastic! Lovely staff, great studio with cooking facilities, and with a terrific gym and pool. A few minutes walk to Orchard Rd and Dhoby Gautt station which services CC, NE and NS lines. Have just rebooked to stay again, so nothing is a better review than that!"
