"We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!"

"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. "

"The cottage was very clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to main routes. The interior decor was tasteful and the hospitality of the hostess was wonderful! She left us snacks, coffee, and flowers. The cottage was a little snug in the master bedroom but the King size bed was very comfortable. "We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!"
