"This cottage was perfect for our weekend R&R. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and as neat and cozy as in the pictures. The check in process was easy and our hosts Liz & Andy made the place very welcoming with some local products. The location was great - a short drive to Newport and many nice area restaurants. We look forward to returning to Serendipity in the future."

"Very Clean and Cozy Home, right on the Beach in Portsmouth, RI. Off Street parking was very easy to use and not crowded during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly and Owner was very communicative with house rules and to contact if we needed anything during our stay. "This cottage is a pleasant retreat from the hectic day to day life. No television but pleasant evening music is more than enough. Morning sun is glorious rising through the trees. You are surrounded by ice cream shops, farmers markets, song birds. The town won't let you use their beaches, so the state beach is your best choice. Go and enjoy!"

"Great place, very simple and well stocked for any needs. Lots of free streaming channels. Fans, AC and heat available to make yourself comfortable. By no means a concern with the stay itself but if you stay here i would recommend personal means of transportation. "

"This property is a peaceful retreat for us when visiting family - we call it the overflow cottage - but it is so tastefully appointed, every little details, that is a soooo relaing when we get "home" in the evening. There are so many nice details, it is a wonder. We love the remoteness of the off-seasn boatyard. I suspect in summer that will be busier, but the access to the water there is a bonus. We love it here and will return next year."

"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...
