The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Laura's Assisi apartment. The apartment was roomy and included all the things we would need from home. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. We appreciated the parking she provided. The locations was excellent. We easily walked everywhere. We also found this to be a perfect location as our home base for a number of day trips to nearby places such as Orvieto, Loreto, Sienna and Perugia. We were sad to leave after the week. We would definitely stay here...

Sharing this to help future guests: The washing machine was unplugged and the cord was on ground behind the machine. It needed the adaptor that the coffee pot was plugged into. I am too short to reach the cord/plug in, but my friend could reach it barely- she is 5'8". The owners gave two numbers to contact if we needed anything, so if you cannot...

"The bed is the most uncomfortable and feels a piece of wood. Gave us backache every day. The owner should buy a new mattress!!!! One has to find an outlet to the toaster and everything. It was the worst we have stayed in VRBO. ."
