"This a no-frill accommodation that has a nice location--about 5 minutes walk from Piazza Giovanni Paolo II, 10 minutes to the St. Francis Basilica, and about 10-15 minutes from the town square. The price was fair and that included a continental breakfast. I would recommend the hotel provide larger fans or at least an extension cord so one can use the small fan provided."

"Very quiet with exception some loud motorcycles in the street nearby. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. One downside is that there is no elevator, the but the steps are not too many."
