"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"

"I booked Podere Tresa to celebrate my 50th birthday with family and friends, there were 9 of us, 6 adults two kids age 12 and one 16, staying for the week, 10 more came to stay for a couple of days. The road is quite challenging and not for the faint hearted . The location is wonderful but being rural takes a little time to get to anywhere ."

"This is a lovely hotel right next door to the airport. I had a 5 minute walk which is incredible. The staff are very polite and very accommodating to my limited Italian. The food was excellent, and the wine was reasonable. I would DEFINITELY stay again. "

A beautiful place to stay at the top of Perugia

"We stayed at the hotel for three nights in January. The hotel is beautiful, warm and comfortable. The service was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was wonderful. The breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries. The pool is beautiful and we enjoyed using it and the sauna. We look forward to some day returning to the Sina Brufani. "

"This is a clean and modern hotel. Unlike many Best Westerns in the US, this had the level of class and quality of a Marriot or Hilton. The service was excellent, the staff nearly all spoke English, and the breakfast was delicious. The covered parking is a bonus. "
