"We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was as described and the apartment was clean and comfortable and well stocked with basic amenities. It was located near to the centre of town and the bus station which made getting around quite easy. Andrea was very helpful and responsive when we needed his advice and even offered to drive us to the airport when it looked as if our taxi wasn't going to turn up. Perugia is a lovely city and we hope to come again and stay in Andrea's apartment....

"A very central location, which was a great size for our family of 2 kids and 2 adults. The manager had good communication with us and everything went smoothly. The property is on the 3rd floor with no lift. That was fine for us, but if you don’t like steps, you might not like it!"

"Four of us stayed for two nights while visiting Assisi. We were met by the owner who helped us “move in”. All amenities are as advertised. All of the artwork and collectibles enhanced its beauty. The terrace is large and provides a stunning view of the Umbrian countryside. The host made dinner reservations for us in a wonderful local restaurant called Taverna dell Orso. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Umbria."

"We were one of the first groups to stay at this newly renovated, Perugia apartment. This three bed, 2 bath apartment was the perfect size for three couples. We enjoyed being walking distance to the escalators that bring you up to the city center. The kitchen was well appointed for meals that we decided to eat in. The building has parking in the back so it was easy to park our rental car and come and go as we pleased. Washer and dryer and fast WiFi was a nice touch! Guiseppe was very attentive...

"An absolutely beautiful apartment with stunning views over the Tevere Valley towards Assisi. All rooms are comfortable and clean but you will spend most of your waking time in the main living room where there are windows on three sides. The balcony is large enough for a meal for two, and the kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to cook it. The hosts are fantastic, knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this apartment."

"The apartment is big, light-filled and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the pool is huge and even has a water feature. The grounds are beautiful, with seating areas everywhere. But the best experience was our hostess, Valentina. She's warm and welcoming and so accessible and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place."

Anyone and children should not be sleeping in this area. The mold smell was in the closet areas. Also it was infested with moths but that we could deal with. The owner did newly renovate with a nice bathroom and kitchen located on the first floor but the terra floor without heat and air conditioning is bad for breathing. The thermostat was removed. So...

"We are Australians in Italy for the first time. We enjoyed our week in Perugia. No car so we walked along the country lane to catch a local bus into Centro, and walked uphill to town on several occasions. The artisanal pasticceria which Guiseppe will tell you about was worth multiple visits. Free Illy espresso with each purchase. Guiseppe was quick to respond to our messages and helpful with suggestions. His Gold Card was useful! Too cold for a swim, sadly, as the pool looked very inviting....

"Had a wonderful 2 weeks. Found a lovely pizza restaurant in town to watch the world cup. Owners and staff really friendly and food was amazing. Villa in a nice location close enough to walk into town. Lovely and clean. Pool was nice."
