"It’s definitely the best property we have stayed in Italy! It’s very high level, modern, wonderfully designed, with good-quality materials, very new, spotless and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing, right in the centre by all attraction and the leaning tower just 10 min away. And the breakfast is probably in the best cafe in town! And the host is very friendly and gave us really useful local recommendations. If in doubt where to stay, stay here."

"This was a one night piece of heaven on a 3 week trip. Beautiful space, wonderful people and close to everything including the train station. Their recommendations led us to the best meal of our trip. Their thoughtfulness meant we did not need anything, they had thought of our every need. We will definitely be back, thank you Cini! "Ideal position for 'tourist Pisa' and very reasonable price. Lovely old building and room. Furnished in matching style, comfortable and clean. There is some noise from other parts of the building and the square outside, but passing and not constant. "

"It’s a very interesting system of self check in. In order to check in a few days prior you have to scan in your passport and a picture of you with your passport, fill out all your information and then you will be checked in by email. When you show up at the property they give you a link in the email which takes you to a separate page where you can click some buttons and it would unlock the door to the outside of the building, you then have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the...

"Not so good. Shower curtain has mildew on it and the bathroom was shared. We arrived from the airport very late and gave the taxi driver the address. When he stopped outside we thought there might be a mistake as there was no sign and it didn’t look like a hotel. I checked the email which was all in Italian. It was 1am in the morning. However I saw someone else trying to enter the code for the front door and went in with them. I showed them my email and they helped us find and get into our room....

"This was a great place to stay for an early morning flight out of Pisa. The walk to the airport is short and easy. The neighborhood is safe. Inside the Pisaland is a common room with a refrigerator with drinks to buy and complimentary juice, coffee and wrapped pastries. Then you have your own room and bathroom. The room was clean and had air conditioning. Also, the beds were comfortable. The aesthetics feel like you are in an older home. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"A bit off the city center. The building is relatively old and the room is more like a motel than an actual hotel. Breakfast is very basic. Overall - decent place, nothing fancy and not too bad."

"Zwar abgelegen aber super schön und erholsam. Natürlich kann man immer meckern aber ich würde sagen das die Unterkunft vollkommen in Ordnung ist. Komplett Familien geführt und sehr ruhig, die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die neuesten aber ich finde soweit alles in Ordnung. Es wird sauber gehalten und auch das man nach 4 Tagen neue Handtücher bekommt ist nicht schlimm den auch zu Hause benutzt man nicht jeden Tag ein neues. Das Frühstück ist vollkommen ausreichend nur der Kaffee könnte etwas besser...

"It was very clean inside the room. Very basic. You could hear the street noise. No bottled water. The bed was okay. No blanket just a sheet; granted it is hot in Italy but I like a light blanket. The stairs are steep to get to the room. Don’t bring large baggage unless you are very strong. No handicap access."
