"Well run accommodation catering to the needs of early morning flight travellers. It does this very well. Clean bathrooms and room with ample sockets for devices handily located next to the beds. Early afternoon check in was much appreciated. Basic breakfast and ok coffee included from 3:30am. 5 mins easy walk to the airport security queue. AC wouldn't go below 23c. "We travelled late 25 - 29 October 2024. Rooms. Very spacious, cleaned daily and equipped for self catering if preferred. Breakfast was nice with a nice variety. Staff welcoming. Pool opened later than usual due to out of season.. Still warm. We had a family fun. Overall lovely stay. We would return. "

"This remodeled farmhouse in the countryside was a perfect place for our first night after Lucca. I was hiking the Via Francigena while my wife was driving. We had a wonderful bedroom and full use of the large "great room." The pool was fabulous. Down the hill we could see horses and other farm animals. The owners were friendly and helpful. Although we stayed only a night it would be a good place for a much longer period of time. We loved the rural feel and quiet. Thank you! "

"A great place to stay in the very centre of Pisa. The property is super clean and very comfortable. Nice touches too like coffee pods, nice shower products, memory foam bed, good quality bedding and soft drinks provided for free. Very secure and safe. Great shower and air conditioning in the room too. "

"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket.
