"The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. "The property is very nice and well kept. Room was large enough and with many amenities. Breakfast was included and was good enough although started kind of late ( 7:30am )for guests that needed to go on excursions. Could use a nicer staff at the front desk."

"The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food."
