"The hotel is amazing, the place is out of this world, the view from everywhere is incredible. The Staff is nice and warm. Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. Even having the card key in my hand, they stop you and ask you. When check out they charged you wrongly two expensive dinners, around 600 usd, we claimed and they fromt...

"Beautiful lakeside hotel with gorgeous art and sculptures everywhere. Service was excellent and our room was very comfortable with twice daily housekeeping service. Compared with US 5-star hotels this fell a little short. No bedside plugs to charge your phone, no reading lights, the jacuzzi has to be filled every time you want to use it. But it was a charming place and reflects the natural beauty of Bariloche. "

"The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food."
