The Hotel was good, we had some issues but it was solved, the Internet connection was really bad so is not suitable for take a meeting if it is needed. Rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and helpfull.

Hidden gem in my opinion.
Great hotel, staff are friendly, willing to assist and a resouce of information. The room was clean, large and confortable. It isnhspwing a bit its age but nothing to render it less than excellent. The gem is the pool and small gym that overlooks the partialy obstructed view of the lake. The restaurant well breakfast was fresh every morning with a full selection of fruitz, hot eggs, sausage and pastries. Dinner selections are extensive for such a small area.

Fui con mi esposa y mi hijo. Se sumo mi familia después. !Cuento con lujo de detalle porque la pasamos increíble y considero que merece su recomendación! En la recepción nos atendió Gabriel, super amable nos dejaron ingresar antes del horario "oficial" ya que llegamos muy temprano. Llegamos y la habitación todo muy limpio, tiene jacuzzi, jabones y todo para darte un baño relajado (sin adicionales) Después tiene un minibar que es de cargo a la habitación pero se me hace super bien porqué si bien los costos no son de supermercado, tampoco están exagerados, el vino una delicia 😋. Rentamos auto y todo queda a 10 minutos y 20 minutos esta lleno de playas, Frente al hotel hay kayak y bicis para rentar, aunque hay otros más económicos eso es de ley pues están sobre la ruta La cabaña que rentaron el resto de la familia todo super bien, no fue tan Lujo pues es cabaña. Para cerrar, el hotel tiene spa, no lo probamos Tiene alberca Tiene jacuzzi !Tiene un cine propio! Tiene una sala de juntas que use !Un especial para el personal de comida, la verdad que una delicia el desayuno fue espectacular todos los días! Área de mejora únicamente ( WiFi ) no considero que sea tan pesado como para demeritar todo lo que tiene el hotel, la pasamos increíble

O Hotel é lindo e fica bem localizado para quem quer ficar na regiao dos Lagos, fica no início do circuito chico. Nós ficamos nas Cabanas, sao otimas, roupa de cama boas e bem organizada. Excelente para ficar em família, bem completa com utensílios. A entrada da parte das cabanas é separado do predio do hotel, não tem portoes e tem acesso direto a rodovia, achei que poderia ter portoes, ia ser mais seguro. O Cafe da manha é bom, gostoso, mas tem poucas opcoes de frutas e o atendimento é um pouco perdido. O café é terrível, extremamente amargo, com um gosto ruim e servido frio, para um hotel botique acho que deveriam oferecer um café de mais qualidade, um café especial.

Os funcionários são espetáculares, prestativos, educados, sorridentes,extremamente educados. Esse sem dúvidas é o ponto alto do hotel. As instalações deixam a desejar, Box quebrado, banheira com remendo, abajur quebrado. Ficamos sem água no quarto, depois acabou a água quente, percebemos que falta manutenções no hotel.
