Areas of improvement: The staff is most of the time trying to identify if you are a guest or an intruder, walking out of the property and back is the same thing, stopping you to ask if you are a guest or not. "Great location, nicely designed spaces but found some staff generally not very committed to their jobs and certainly only willing to do the bare minimum to be helpful. This is a direct reflection on management given the number of staff reflecting those behaviours. Breakfast was disappointingly average every day of the 3 days we stayed here."

The breakfast is plentiful and has excellent food options but it the staff that make the stay here memorable.
