"I needed a bedroom and that is what this was. During my five nights the other two rooms were also occupied but everyone was quiet and respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The shared kitchen has a large fridge and there was plenty of space for my food. Will stay again if in Las Vegas in the future. "

"The house was nice and had a garage to park the vehicle. House was large, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was nice. My only complaint is the couch needed to be replaced. Not comfortable because the springs were about to poke through. But other than that, it was a great stay. Quiet neighborhood."

"This home is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the kitchen had a full array of appliances and gadgets. The home itself is sparsely decorated but has everything you will need for a stay. When we first arrived I had a problem with the lighting in the two smaller bedrooms. I contacted the owner and his son was at our property within 30 minutes to correct the situation. His son was kind and very professional and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction...

"We came to Vegas to watch the MWC basketball tournament. This home was in a nice neighborhood, and about 15 minutes to Thomas & Mack arena. Pricing was so much better than the over priced hotels. We ate breakfast and lunch at our VRBO. Played cards, sat in the hot tub, and enjoyed our stay. The owner was great at communicating with us, and was open to suggestions….although those were minimal.
