"Anytime I need to pass through the Shreveport/Bossier City area, I stay at The Horseshoe. It is always a great experience. Parking is so easy and I almost always find a spot very close to the elevators. Checking in is a breeze and the desk clerks are so friendly. The rooms are beautiful with huge bathrooms and amazing beds. "

"Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was available every morning. Hotel was clean. Staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I stayed four nights. The hotel its self could use some TLC and security gates around the outside of the facility. Only downside I could really complain about is upon check-in is when I was informed the indoor swimming pool was being renovated and i was not informed prior to booking my stay. "

"IT WAS A GREAT ROOM !!! THE ONLY THING OUR BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE BUT THEY WERE TOO HIGH TO GET IN !!! MY FRIEND HAD TO HELP ME IN IT!!!! VERY THANKFUL IT WAS CLEAN AND NICE!!!!! I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN IF I GO TO BACK TO BOSSIER !!!!! IT WAS NEAR EVERY THING !!! THERE WAS A OUTBACK STEAK HOUSE JUST A FEW STEPS FROM MOTEL AND A SEAFOOD RESTUARANT ACROSS THE STREET !!! IT WAS NICE TO NOT HAVE TO GO FAR TO EAT OUT!!!!!! WE JUST WALKED TO THE STEAKHOUSE AND COULD HAVE WALKED TO THE SEAFOOD...
