"Friendly welcome. Everything set up and ready for on arrival, including coffee, tea, milk, bread, butter & jam. The Hobbit House is tiny, but so well designed, and it just feels so cozy. Good size patio and gorgeous outdoor furniture, including chairs, side tables, table & benches, gas bbq and fire pits with logs. Really, just the perfect rural retreat. Pub (The Rising Sun) and local shop within walking distance. We're already planning our return!"

"The lodge was exactly as described. Not huge in size but plenty big enough for two. Nice, quiet site with plenty of green spaces, and very befitting its status as an adult only location"
