There were a few issues with the room (named Bamboo) that I felt were not indicative of a 5-star hotel. Things like: 1. Plug socket next to bed faulty so I was unable to plug something in. 2. Misaligned wallpaper 3. Missing bulbs in light fittings 4. Mix of warm and cool white lights in chandelier 5. Cracked toilet seat 6. Shower going...

The staff however were so kind and helpful; going above and beyond time after time to make our stay special. The food in the restaurant was delicious, I would recommend booking a Sunday lunch if you the opportunity. Thank you for such a lovely stay."
