"Asilomar is an incredible location. We learned about history of the conference center this visit and are wowed by the significance this place has in women’s history and national history. The views of the ocean from different vantage points and the fact that you can walk to the beach make it a great place to relax. Bring your walking shoes to get the most out of your visit!"

"I have normally stayed at other properties in the area and used to be a resident in this town. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities. The room was very nice, clean, large with a nice fireplace. It was very quiet and they had a little dog area for them to use the restroom and bags etc. A nice little continental breakfast with slippers and robes in the room as well. I will stay at this property again and again. I stayed for 4th of July. Monterey does not allow fireworks which was a blessing for my animals. I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family."

"Quiet, comfortable, clean. Simple continental breakfast. Walking distance to downtown/shopping - very easy to get to. Nice convenience store immediately next door. Bonue - John Madden tribute statue right outside the store - was a frequent customer. Walking distance to beach as well, but be ready for the uphill walk back. A slight musty smell in our room, but not noticeable after a few minutes in the room. "
