"All the cozy vibes while visiting our MTU students for winter carnival weekend! Everything we needed to spread out, visit together, and enjoy our time. Many games of chess were played. Jacuzzi got a lot of use. Our college students enjoyed hiking in the snow & found some surprise igloos. Plenty of vintage books & decor add to the charm! Thanks for a great weekend."

Came from Indiana to snowmobile ,trails were great .The home had a perfect set up for snowmobiling a walk out door to an from the basement get off your sled walk into the basement an take off your gear leave the snow behind in. "Very comfortable, cozy stay in a historical house. So fun to walk to the lighthouse and the beach. Our son was able to drive over from Houghton to visit in less than 40 minutes. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant in Dreamland. Our daughter and golden retriever enjoyed the little swimming area and the beach. We took the canoes out on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed exploring the little islands in the Portage- complete with shipwrecks. "
