"House was everything we were looking for in a vacation getaway. House was exactly as it appeared in pictures and in the description. House was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Location right on Lake Superior was awesome and the large windows overlooking the lake allowed you to enjoy the lake from inside the house. Area was very quiet and peaceful. Our host communicated very well and the entire stay was perfect."

"Greg and Kate have covered all the bases to make the cottage feel welcoming. It is well-appointed for cooking, listening to music, and enjoying the private yard. It’s also conveniently located for walking to the lake, neighborhood restaurants, or downtown. We loved being able to have our dog with us and how easy it was to access the many trails in the area. The cottage made for a lovely stay in Marquette! "

"Small, but big at the same time if that makes sense. Tall ceilings and big rooms, however, there is not many places to sit comfortably. It worked for us, we came with a dog and a 3yo, and we’re really only there to sleep between doing stuff out and about."

"Wendy is an amazing host! She was in communication with us before our stay and gave some great recommendations on hikes. She went above and beyond in preparing the space for our family—with treats and toys and entertainment that everyone enjoyed. The house is in an awesome location with a great backyard if you want to stay in, or several awesome spots within walking distance (Burns Beach is a 15 min walk and the Lumberjack Tavern is a 5 min walk). There are several great hikes within 15-20...
