Man sollte unbedingt wissen, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher selbst mitbringen muss und die Endreinigung vom Mieter selbst durchzuführen ist. Dementsprechend sollte man sich drauf einstellen bei Ankunft erst einmal zu putzen, damit man sich wohl fühlen kann. Dadurch ist es aber alles in allem etwas schmandig überall im Haus.
