"This property was everything we hoped for and more. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and there's so much space to explore and enjoy—you truly feel like you're on your own private resort. From fishing and lounging in the hammock to relaxing by the pools and cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, there was never a dull moment.The grounds are expansive and peaceful, offering plenty of room to roam and unwind. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and nature.A special thank you to Ellen, the property manager, who was incredibly kind and responsive. "We loved the boutique aspects of the resort. It was small but has the big resort amenities. Comfortable and updated Villas, grounds were clean and well taken care of, the staff was gracious and very attentive. We ran into the owner a couple of times and he was very friendly. We loved this place and will plan to go back in the near future. "

"The house was perfect for each family to have their own room - so spacious and comfortable. The teens shared the beds in the loft. We used the sea kayaks and the pool many times and loved the upper deck at night.Shelley and her crew greeted us upon arrival and got us nicely oriented to the house. We also used Shelley to prepare 6 meals total which made our vacation even more relaxing. The house is walkable to a few bars/restaurants but we drive to the grocery and options in “downtown” Hopkins."

"We stayed for 5 nights in this beautiful house right on the beach. Our children (6,9,11) loved going outside the back door and playing in the water, the sand, and lounging in the hammock. The water is pretty shallow a good ways out and the waves are gently. There are beach toys and snorkel gear available as well as a boat and life jackets.This private beach access is hard to beat. There are only two real beds, so one of our children slept on the couch. There is also an air mattress that we didn't use. The house was clean and ample drinking water was provided. It is an easy walk to the restaurants at the nearby resorts, but to get to the Hopkins village I would recommend a car, golf cart, or bike if you like a little ride. Everyone in the village is super friendly and we ate delicious food there. We loved our stay here! "

"Truly stellar pool with three areas of different depths. This allowed children to play more freely while parents enjoyed the pool. Only complaint was limited food options with highly variable quality. Note this area of Placencia has lots of sea grass and sargassum that washes up on the beaches daily. So depending on your level of comfort swimming in and around it, you may not be able to use the ocean. When it decays it smells heavily of sulfur. "

"Had lots of little bugs in our villa. Could use a few more railings as floors get slippery when wet. Food was excellent. Beach was beautiful but found a few glass and plastic bottle pieces in sand, Not good for bare feet. 2 lovely and clean pools for non sea swimmers. Would recommend this resort."

"Chef Rob runs an amazing hotel. It was our first time in Hopkins, and we look forward to returning. Can’t say enough great things about this place. A must stay if you want to enjoy the coastal beauty of Belize without the crowds of Placencia and San Pedro. "
