"We stayed 12 days at Beachside and already plan on returning. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fabulous deep porch! Units do vary in porch size so look at the photos. This one was deep and in the shade during the afternoon, perfect. A breeze blew everyday and we never once turned on the AC, the ceiling fans were all that was needed. "Wonderfully located a close distance to the main town of Placencia. This property was super unique and tucked back far enough you felt like you were super secluded. The accommodations were great and the staff attended to any issue that arose. Make sure to take the hummingbird highway down if you drive from the city. Also, don't forget to stop for tamales at Mrs. Betha's at mile-marker 26 on your way down. A couple of quick notes, you are in a tropical location, so we did have some little ants...

"We stayed at Cocoplum for 8 days. The condo was clean, lots of towels and kitchen well-stocked with cooking and serving items. Condo even had a fishing pole and lures which was great fun off the pier. Communication was prompt. Would return. Alvero was a great help and provided suggestions on local tour guides."
