"Beautiful Hotel , Clean Rooms and easy to get around"

"I stayed at this hotel with family recently for a 5 night stay. The concierges at the front were courteous and friendly, as were the staff throughout the hotel. Breakfast was abundant with lots of choices, the staff always helpful and kind. We enjoyed the pool & loved sitting on the verandah during happy hour watching the world go by on the boardwalk along Robertson quay. The doormen were always polite & friendly with Jensen being our favourite. He had a chat to us every morning while we were waiting to go out for the day, always enquiring where we were off to & giving us tips. Always had a welcoming smile on our return. The hotel is very clean and quiet and all the staff we encountered were very professional & friendly. Hopefully we will be back one day soon. "

"Everything was excellent! Hotel was elegant, friendly staff, clean rooms. Only thing to mention is the bathroom is basically part of the main room with just some glass so no privacy when using it which is awkward. "

"Was a super central location with shops and an array of dining options in the hotel and underneath. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were large. Only sad point was the aircon wasn’t very great and didn’t get cold enough and the shower pressure was average but overall excellent stay! "
