"Hotel in a great location and close to lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport. Staff on welcome weren’t helpful at all, so not the best first impression but all other staff that we encountered were pleasant & helpful. Would stay again and recommend!"

"Excellent location, close to transportation, great for Tiong Bahru and Chinatown. We walked to the hawker stalls every morning for breakfast. The staff here are exceptional, all very friendly and helpful. The room furnishings were a bit worn, but the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again."

"Excellent stay at the Novotel Clark Quay. Such a handy location. You have the Metro behind the hotel. Walk across the road and you have your choice of over 30 restaurants & bars. But be warned, many don't open before 5pm. So make sure you book breakfast at the hotel. You can do a river cruise and see some of the sights by water. If walking is your thing, then straight out of the hotel and you can do an amazing walk along the river side, amazing photo opportunities along the way & Raffles is not...
