"We always stay here the night before a flight from Heathrow. Amazing old hotel with a great history. Has been restored to a high standard but retaining it's old character. Staff always friendly. Superb bar and restaurant. Only a few minutes from T5"

"Check in was a little difficult to find as it was at the side of the bar. Service was friendly. Was surprised that there was only 1 chair in the room even though it wa a double room. Bathroom seemed very "squished" due to slope of wall. Could have been made square and then there would be more room and place to put hooks for towels. It felt a little clostrophobic Pleasant stay and breakfast was good."
