"Nice pretty spot "

"Check-in/-out was easy and courteous/friendly. Only 4 stars for comfort, due to the proximity to I-5: if I didn't routinely travel with earplugs, getting to sleep may have been difficult, as my room was on the closest side of the complex to the highway. Otherwise, everything about the room was clean/nice."

"It's a nice little hotel in NOHO. It seemed to have a cool hangout area but it was lights out when I was there so I didn't really get to enjoy it."

"Property itself was great. Did exactly what it needed too. Area around the hotel isnt the greatest. No morning dining options on the universal walk. No target or convenience shops around the area unfortunately. "

"This hotel is awesome! The front bell boys are so welcoming and very efficient and friendly and helpful. Front desk was great as well. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a room on the 9th floor that faced Universal. The pool area is beautiful with loungers and cabanas. Walking to Universal city and Universal in 5 min or there is a free shuttle. Would for sure stay here again "

"I loved this for the price. Walkable to grocery store and some fast food. New tables with charging slots on top. Clean newish basic bathroom. Comfortable bed. It’s loud from the highway so if you are very sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere but otherwise a great choice for a stop over Management: get someone to do some caulking. Easy cheap fix that makes bathroom not look dingy "
