"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just what we needed for a family event. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting the animals in the back of the property . Larry was particularly friendly!We will be back the next time we visit the area!"

Walking distance to Montana businesses including whole foods grocery, Vons and trader Joe's are a short drive away. The space itself is clean and pretty new. Has everything you need although the kitchen is fairly minimal and there are no cooking ingredients (oil, spices, etc) so bring your own but all pans pots utensils etc are provided and there's a dishwasher. "We stayed at this property for 5 nights on a recent trip to LA, primarily for the purpose of visiting Universal Studios. The apartment was very clean and felt very secure. I didn't see any foot traffic around the property when we were there, which always makes me feel more secure. All the appliances are nice and both beds (including the sofa bed with mattress topper) were comfortable. Our only minor issue with the place was that it felt very dark. I think that is due to it being a first floor...

"This was a wonderful place within walking distance to my son's home in Burbank. It was safe, warm, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the balcony.The only hiccup was neither my or my husband's phone is new enough to download the VRBO app so my son was the communicator for the check in and things were not clear and this was a little stressful. When I gave the property manager my cell phone number, he used that for the rest of the communications and that worked well."

"loved staying at this historic hotel! it was so cute inside, the front desk staff was awesome and helped deal with our lost luggage when we had to go to a lakers game. the hotel is right off of rodeo and beverly drive, and when we woke up early because of jet lagged the front desk girl recommend us places to go that were open as early as we were. highly recommend!
