"We, family of 5, stayed in the guesthouse 4 nights. Check-in, -out and communication with property manager was perfect. The location of the house is great to explore and go around Santa Monica/LA, go to beaches, Universal Studios, etc. For eating there are nice places at Montana Av. Even in walking distance. The kids also enjoyed the nice pool. We had a great stay and fully recommend the guesthouse!"

"This was a wonderful place within walking distance to my son's home in Burbank. It was safe, warm, clean and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the balcony.The only hiccup was neither my or my husband's phone is new enough to download the VRBO app so my son was the communicator for the check in and things were not clear and this was a little stressful. When I gave the property manager my cell phone number, he used that for the rest of the communications and that worked well."
