"We visited in winter and it is a very nice hotel with nice lake view. Easy late check-in. Cozy stay. The staff is friendly. The only issue we had is that the heater is making some small cracking sound when on. Hope this could be improved."

"This property is good for a night or two. There wasn’t any food services but we stayed in a room with a kitchenette which had everything needed to cook and serve a meal along with a full fridge. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but everything was clean. There aren’t many options for dining in the immediate area but the hot sulphur springs pools were within walking distance. "

"Had a fine stay. My only complaint: I booked through Expedia and it clearly showed the room I chose had a fireplace. Upon arrival the desk had no record of this selection and charged extra to get what I thought I had already paid for. I don't know if this is Expedia's fault or the hotel's. But, whatever the reason, it is misleading and annoying. "
