Cute Grand Lake Cabin :)

Our small one bedroom cabin has new interior finishes. This is perfect location for a quiet get away with a couple or small family. We have a new bed! Close to town and all that Grand Lake has to offer. Fire pit in back yard. Located near Grand Lake and Shadow Mountain lake. Rocky Mountain National Park, Golf Courses, Restaurants, shopping all close by.

Charming Bear Cottage on Grand Lake
My husband, myself, and Charley Brown, our mini schnauzer stayed in this cute cabin. It was exactly what we expected after reading the details. It was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants, the beautiful Grand Lake. Within 10 minutes to the entrance The Rock Moutain National Park where we say lots of wildlife. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood. Erin is the best host!

A Great Base Camp for RMNP or the Lakes
Stayed with my son for fishing the Colorado River and hiking in the park. About 5-10 minutes out of Grand Lake - great little town - MUCH quieter than Estes. Grateful for that. Easy access to the park. Wood burning stove would be fantastic in the winter. Highly recommend.

Accommodating a Families’ Emergency
Due to an emergent medical condition which required hospitalization two days prior to our stay we did not have the opportunity to stay in the Cabin. After several communications, and working with the VRBO team, the host accommodated our request to cancel our reservation. We’ve rebooked our stay to October even though we’re still in the process of an accurate, final diagnosis followed by a treatment plan that is TBD and an uncertain path to full recovery. We are looking forward to our stay as part of the healing process.

Problems with hot water
The shower water temperature does not remain constant and oscillates between freezing and scalding every 20 seconds or so. We mentioned this to the host who told us to turn on all the hot water faucets in the cabin while taking a shower in order to mitigate the problem. I'm surprised this is considered acceptable by VRBO. We left after 2 (of 5 scheduled) nights and will no longer use VRBO.

Great place to stay if you are in the area, perfect for a single person or a couple. Very cozy, and clean. Easy driving distance to town and far enough away that its quite. Erin is an amazing host who works hard to make sure your stay is perfect. I will always come back here.

Great little Cabin close to town.
Had a great stay in this cute little cabin. They had everything we needed and was very close to Grand Lake if we needed things from store in town. Loved the covered back porch too. Very comfy at home feeling.

Unit was not cleaned when we arrived but was soon remedied. Kind of a curt response from contact person. Junky furnishings & weird layout. No TV instructions....probably won't have helped anyway. Not close to Grand Lake at all. Outside walls & windows & grounds could use a good cleaning. And the listed price DOUBLED after all the fees. Poor value.
