"The property is fantastic and set up well. The host are great and a lot of fun to hang out with. The pool is a nice touch. They have a nice lounge with a TV and a nice kitchen area. They have free bikes. They will do laundry for you on site. The bathrooms are very clean and offer some privacy even though they are not located in the rooms. "We enjoyed staying along the walkway in town. The apartment was cozy. Beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. Had lots of tiny bugs On the kitchen counter. The bathroom walls need to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would stay again. "

"Kalimera is a very welcoming new Eco Chic hotel. The owners and staff go above and beyond with their hospitality. They can arrange tours and provide advise to enhance your time in the area. The breakfasts were delicious. Elvis who managed the bar made excellent cocktails. The rooms are well designed for comfort and nicely situated for beautiful views. The surrounding resorts offered nice restaurants. This is the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in years. We will definitely return to Kalimera."

"The whole trip was perfect, the property is quiet and private, the little huts were so cute and comfy, we loved sitting on the porch and having our morning coffee and our evening cocktail. "The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. Instead, we got 2 adjoining units that had 1 queen bed each, a pull-out sofa, & 3 bathrooms. Each unit had its own kitchen. Best Little Stop On Our Trip

"We have been to Belize a couple of times before but decided to mix it up this time and do a couple of nights inland as well as a couple of nights at King Leweys and our only disappointment was we didn't stay longer.The island has so much to offer - games, amazing food, friendly staff, excellent atmosphere, lots of loungers and hammocks and THE VIEWS. The Views from every angle - you almost had to pinch yourself to see if it was real. We will most definitely be back. Our daughter, who is 8, really lived her best life there.All the people and tours that stop by the island keep it exciting and interesting. It's extremely well run and the team we had there with us worked so hard. We appreciated everything they did!"

Wonderful and Relaxing

"Place is beautiful and just as advertised, The pictures do not do it justice. I really don’t want to write a review cause we want the place for ourselves. Edwin the care take and boat transportation and family were very responsive and helpful and a great family. We could not have been happier with the house and rental. Tom the owner was responsive to questions. We will definitely be back. View is great. Its quite compared to town or a resort and just overall a very peaceful place. The deck is the shaded all day somewhere as it essentially wraps around the whole house. "
