"This hotel lived up to the great ratings it has received...and then some. Every employee we encountered was warm and friendly. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, the rooms lovely. Best was all the elephant themed art work throughout the property. It was like walking in a modern art museum!"

The property, rooms and facilities are beginning to look a little tired and the staff are struggling. The swimming pool and spa are a long way away but there used to be buggies to pick you up especially during the heat of the day. Phones not working so room service was difficult. "We weren't happy with our accommodation at first but after we expressed our disappointment to the Manager, he was very accommodating and offered us another room. Throughout our stay, his service and the staff has been very accommodating. The environment of the hotel was comfortable and the breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were delicious too. The only downside is how outdated the rooms and facilities were. If only the owner and upper management would upgrade, I would go back to stay...

"It is a very cute hotel, friendly staff in a quite place. Their breakfast doesn't have many options (just eggs and fruits and toast). The road to lead to the hotel is quite tricky. A narrow road between grass that you drive for a good 10m. Nothing is around there. The signs on each room are really creative. But it is cheap and clean!"
