"Location was very remote so transportation was an issue. The restaurant was almost non functional and whatever we requested was not available or out of stock. The night reception staff was terrible. We wanted to book airport transfer but this staff never communicated with us and so we had to frantically run about to arrange alternative transport. We tried calling the reception several times but no reply."

"De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. "The staff and management is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were subpar but clean enough. No aircon which was fine but no hot water either. The showers were non functional and no buckets were provided till requested. The property is isolated and tough to find. However for the price and for someone seeking a secluded no frills stay with kind and helpful staff I recommend the hotel."
