"The staff were incredibly friendly. The good was very good. They provided transportation to and from the airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the city of Quito (without traffic). There isn't much to do in the area of the hotel, but the hotel does have many things to do (pool, lawn games, pickleball etc)."

Ammenties are bountiful so hard to name them all but suffice to say they jade thought of everything, including binocs for bird watching, umbrellas for rainy days, coffee and tea stations, well lit pathways, etc. Property is gated/ safe...

"We had a beautiful time at Cananvalle. The staff are very attentive and friendly. It is a place quite a bit outside Ibarra and without transport you have to rely on taxis to get around. Saying that the local taxis are cheap and safe. "
