"Located at the far end of Siena (15 minutes taxi ride from the train station) on a quiet street with not much pedestrian traffic unlike the rest of the town. It is still close to the main square, cathedral, museums and all other interesting sites. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a view to a beautiful little garden below. The breakfast was OK with cheese, pastries, fruit and good coffee. Our only complaint (hence minus one star on facilities) would be non-existent WiFi in the...

"The hotel is amazing! This hotel was a monastery built in the 13th century. Major problem, no elevator. The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Ours was on the 3rd, hauling luggage was not fun. The other annoying part was the included breakfast started at 8am. We had an early train reservation which meant no breakfast for us. When we explained at the front desk, they didn’t offer any solutions. "

"Amazing location in the heart of Siena, everything is on the doorstep. Great at communicating about parking and pre check in information. Room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic and dated. No drinking water in the room was possibly the only negative. Overall a great stay! "
