All details were communicated efficiently, effectively, and timely. Upon arrival, we were very confused about parking outside the historic center of Siena. Giovanni communicated the best possible drop off spot for luggage and then parking. *Note*: Park at the Siena train station [2 euros / day], go into the mall area, go left to the PAM store, purchase all your essentials, and ride the escalators and moving sidewalks to the street side of Siena. you will be two blocks away from Porto Camilo: the very drop off point of your luggage [this process requires two people]. You are then a very short walk to Magione 10. Now, the apartment is SPECTACULAR! It is immaculate, well appointed, and all the amenities you could need.
