"This house had the most beautiful sunset view we have ever seen on Indian lake. We have been renting houses on the lake for the last 20 years. The only thing that we would suggest for future renters is some sort of guide for lighting and tv/remote control situation. Oh, and maybe some condiments (ketchup/mustard) that have been left. Ps ...the people who are afraid of them won't use them. Caught fish off the dock. It was a great stay and we would love to stay again!"

"We had the best time!! The place was adorable, we loved the artwork, the plants, the fireplace inside was a real bonus. It was warm and cozy. The hot tub and sauna were amazing. It was decorated like a little cozy cottage. We hope to come back again in the summer!! The towns was fun too!!!"

"This was one of our favorite BnB's ever. Aside from some extremely minor housekeeping issues, everything was perfect. The three bedrooms are on three different levels, which was great for privacy. The house was nice enough for us to have a an additional guest (relative) over for a meal. It was also convenient to have a 24-hour Waffle House, a CVS, and a small supermarket a six-minute walk away. "

"This place was lovely, nice upgrades, cute ascetic! With our family having a permanent homes in the area, we will definitely be back. Happy to find this place!Couple small suggestions for improvement. Couches had quite a bit of pet hair, and blankets for use with pullout also had had lots of pet hair and needed washing. Could not adjust tv volume for main tv - couldn’t find remote, volume was super loud and was not able to watch the tv. Might be helpful to label remote controls.Both bathrooms...

"We loved this property! It gave us all the comforts of home and we even we able to bring our dog. Since we were in town for a few days for our son's percussion tournament, it was extra nice to stay here instead of a hotel. The hosts were wonderful and answered the few questions I had very quickly. We will 100% stay here again if we are in the area."

"Nice Place, easy to get to. Clean, simple home. We enjoyed the pin ball machine in the basement. Rooms were good size, bathroom was a little small. Shower had a nice two head setup, with plenty of hot water. We had a couple issues with the TV in the main room, but all other TV’s worked great. Yard was freshly mowed and house was in order."

Lighting in all downstairs areas except kitchen was dim. Just need more lamps and brighter bulbs. It meet all our needs and we will stay there again if we have another holiday family get together. "
