"My friends and I stayed here as a jumping point to Dayton for a sporting event. Worked out well. Hot tub was even working! Will definitely come back if all things align again for the group."

"The house exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room, very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture, and a huge TV to watch the game on. There is also a big game room. The host, Matt, was easy to work with and communicated promptly. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to rent this lovely home."

"My husband, our pups and a few other drone racers used this as home base while in town for a drone race at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. The foosball table and games made for exciting evenings and we would definitely stay again!"

"The place was nice easy to find plenty to do. They provided lots of games and a blackjack table lol I don’t know how to play. Definitely a home away from home. We picked the wrong weekend to come it rained most of the time so we couldn’t use the pool 😢"

"We had a fantastic stay here in Troy. The home is not only beautiful, but located close by so many restaurants and shops. The host was so kind and had amazing communication. The trains are loud at night, but the hosts have noise machines and ear plugs to help with that so it really wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay here again! "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. The 7 of us (6 adults and 1 infant) had ample room. The accommodations are lovely and clean. The location is great with many different food options nearby and ease of access to nearby Dayton. My only critique would be to consider adding small smart TVS to the bedrooms (or at least the master). Thank you."

"A pretty nice place. Obviously, not new build but I saw few signs of structural issues. Clean, well organized. We were there during the recent "week of rain" so although the yard wasn't really used, it was quite nice. A great space in proper weather. Very good location. Easy walk to downtown. Feeling of personal safety was quite high. A good neighborhood feeling. Much nicer than staying along the highway. Really a wonderful lot. Bedrooms are upstairs. A guardrail should be added. Some places...
