"Charlie's Place was delightful! A cozy retreat - clean and just as pictured with comfortable furnishings and an amazing shower. It offers a terrific lake view from inside and out. After a day of exploring the town, we enjoyed coming back to relax with a drink and snacks on the front patio. Great location, easy to get to local dining and shopping - Lake City Creamery was a favorite. Bren was easy to work with and a great host who tries to think of everything you might need for a comfortable...

"Snacks being available at arrival. Washer and dryer on site was great. Having toiletries available too! We forgot a couple things. Towels plenty of towels! Clean! The cottage is in the smaller side but very nice! "

"We really enjoyed our stay, the bonuses were the fireplace and the sunroom! On the weekend we went it happened to be freezing and a snowstorm, so we didn’t get a chance to do very much outside if at all, but we enjoyed the scenery from the sunroom, looking forward to coming back again in the future. "Very impressed with the home. Provided everything you would need besides the obvious food and beverages. Very quick to respond when we had questions. Would def recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay at Indian Lake. We will be back for sure"

"Overall was perfect for what we needed. Only complaints/suggestions are: Garage door lock was a bit of a pain, the heater in garage never got above 50 degrees so was too cold to be in there and enjoy pool table. The heater or water softener or water heater is very noisy so whoever sleeps in master suggest bringing ear plugs. Also the skylight in the room if sunny bounces off wood wall straight into your face, so if you like it dark in morning have mask too. Feel is probably a better summer...

"This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."
