The staff was very helpful in arranging for a number of things for me, including hiring a private driner for some individual tours I wanted to do. I am traveling solo and appreciate that I felt safe and seen, which isn't always the case as a female traveler. Definitely get a Thai massage while you're here at the spa. I highly recommend. "
